About Derek
Derek Greene comes to TREF with over 15 years of experience in real estate and real estate investment. During his time as a part time real estate investor Greene also worked in the sports business industry as Director of Development and Sponsorships for the Tennessee State Soccer Association and most recently serving as Executive Vice President of the Chattanooga Red Wolves Professional Soccer Academy. Greene decided to embark full time on his second passion this past winter and has savvy negotiating skills as well as the experience to navigate the challenges that come along with each real estate transaction. Greene has extensive knowledge of the Knoxville, Nashville, and Chattanooga markets.
