Derrick White lives and breathes real estate. He was born and raised in the Seymour/South Knoxville area. Over the past 3 years, Derrick has been building his rental property portfolio. He has fixed, flipped, and purchased many different types of property. He will take this knowledge and apply it to helping you find the perfect home. Raised in a Christian home and active in church, Derrick puts God first and recognizes how important honesty and openness is during a real estate transaction. As a father of 3 and husband of 11 years, he acknowledges how important it is finding a home that meets the needs of YOUR family. On the off chance Derrick isn’t doing something real estate related, he enjoys fly fishing all over East Tennessee.
