Jo Schultheiss is a consummate real estate professional who takes great pride in delivering above and beyond the expectations of her clients. Jo’s undergraduate was a B.S. degree in Occupational Therapy and her Master’s degree was in Organizational Management. Her hobbies led her to pursue Master Gardener training and she is a Certified Herbalist. When she isn’t working with clients, she and her husband Terry enjoy living on the lake in Tellico Village. She loves paddle boarding, hiking with their dogs Stretch & Gingersnap or being at home baking sour dough bread or whipping up a batch of natural medicine. She has clients that are navigating the challenges of buying their first home, some that are investing in land for later retirement and others that are seasoned investors looking for their next 1031 exchange opportunity. She has experience with new build developments and assisting those seeking fix and flip renovation goals.
